With a strong expertise in accounting and finance, Enrico has joined various banks in Geneva and Lugano holding strategic positions. He also spent 3 years as Head of Administration & Operations for the Bahamas-based subsidiary of the latter. Upon his return, he decided to pursue new challenges before creating several structures. With his rich experiences and strong human values, Enrico founded Synergix SA in 2001. He is a Swiss Certified Expert for Accounting and Controlling with Federal Diploma. His mother tongue is Swiss German and he speaks French, English and Italian. He is a passionate gourmet and loves cooking!

With a solid background, Jérôme joined the family business in 2009 and has naturally become Head of Operations. Passionate about IT & the latest technologies, he identifies their potential to transform and modernize the business approach. Game-changer with a visionary mind, he is willing to make the work life a better place. Self-taught and enthusiastic, Jérôme co-founded the IODD with his father. Jérôme holds a Bachelor Degree from HEC Genève with a minor in Computer Science as well as several NAV certifications and is Swiss Certified Expert for Account and Controlling with Federal Diploma. He is fluent in French and English. He is a big fan of aviation and travel.

Saman started his career in a Geneva-based accounting firm and gained a deep experience. The accounting field is of great interest to him and he therefore certified as a Swiss Specialist for Finance and Accounting in 2015. Always eager to challenge himself and with a great interest in new technologies, Saman joined Synergix in 2018. He speaks French, English and German. He is also an officer and volunteer firefighter.
After he graduated in Economics and Management, Gaby began his career in a Geneva-based accounting firm where he was in charge of the accounting of the general expenses as well as the registration of the clients and suppliers invoices. After a successful 3-year experience as an accounting assistant in a construction company, Gaby joined Synergix in 2016. He speaks French and English.
Samantha joined Synergix in 2018 as an Accounting assistant. Her remit includes recording and journal entries of invoices, payments, reconciliation with a focus on ensuring accuracy. Previously, Samantha spent 12 years with a leading global trading company as a credit controller. She qualified with a Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commercial in 2002. Samantha is a sport lover and teaches CrossFit. She speaks English and French.

Gaston graduated with a Federal Diploma in Commercial Business in 2016, and with a great interest in accounting management and a clear vision of its future, he then decided to specialize in accounting in order to pass the Diploma in Accounting and Finance. Gaston enjoys customer contact and teamwork. With his deep experience as an admin assistant, he is fluent in French, English and Spanish and has a B1 level in German. He joined Synergix in 2019. He currently trains for a triathlon and teaches weight lifting.

With a strong interest in accounting, Leticia began her career in an accounting firm in 2019 while starting a bachelor's degree at the Haute École de Gestion in Business Economics. She is part of the association La Junior Entreprise HEG, where she heads the Event & Communication department. Leticia holds a federal certificate (CFC) obtained in 2016 as well as a professional maturity obtained in 2017. She is fluent in French, Portuguese and English, which she perfected during a long stay in the United States, she’s B1 in German and learns Spanish on her own. She loves to cook, travel and fashion.

After completing a Federal Certificate in Commercial Business in 2005, Alexandre began his career in wealth management. In 2011, he decided to change path and started as a client advisor for a large insurance company. He then joined the pension fund of Fédération des Entreprises Romandes – CIEPP in 2014 where he specialized in occupational benefits. Alexandre is a Specialist in Social Insurance with Federal Diploma and joined Synergix in 2019. He is a drummer and plays in a band! He also speaks French and English.

With a strong interest for human resources, Hayat started her career by joining one of the largest tobacco company in Neuchâtel. She was able to deepen and put into practice her knowledge acquired during her studies at the HEG. Following this enriching experience, she decided to join a pharmaceutical company in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Hayat joined Synergix in 2019 and speaks French and English and loves fashion, photography and travelling. She is currently preparing the Swiss federal diploma in HR.

She graduated with a Master in International Business and Marketing and speaks French, English and Italian. She's an absolute sports lover and enjoys reading.
