After graduating from HEC Geneva, Jérôme who always has been attracted by IT, passed several Microsoft NAV certification, started to work as NAV integration assistant and provided some training. After a while he had the opportunity to become an Equity derivative Broker for two years. In 2009, he decided to join the familial company. After a few month, he decided to acquire more knowledge and started the Federal diploma of controlling and Finance that he successfully obtained in march 2013. He speaks French and English.

After occupying several positions in the Accounting/Financial area, Enrico Chincarini joined ANZ Grindlays Bank, Geneva as Accounting Manager. He then joined Banca della Svizzera Italiana, Lugano as Group Consolidation Manager and worked 3 years as Head of Administration/Operations of their off-shore entity in the Bahamas. Returning from abroad, he pursued his career at Union Carbide, Chemicals & Plastics in Geneva as European Budget and Reporting Manager. In 1991, he co-founded Bridport & cie. in Geneva, a bond trading company, as Director of Administrations/Operations. In 2000 he co-founded theScreener.com, an online investment adviser, acting as the Chief Financial Officer. In 2001 he created Synergix SA. Enrico Chincarini graduated from the Zurich Commercial School. He holds a Federal Diploma as a Swiss Certified Expert in Finance and Controlling. His native language is Swiss German and he speaks English, French and Italian as well.

After obtaining a professional commercial maturity at the business school, Joël is engaged in a construction company as billing manager where he starts his professional career. He joined the ranks of the family business in January 2016. Since then, he has worked as an external consultant to an International Organization in Geneva. Being in human resources, he is currently passing his certificate of assistant in personnel management in order to perfect his professional experience. He speaks French and English.

After obtaining a CFC from a sales associate in a Geneva asset management company, Elisaveta became an accountant in a Geneva fiduciary and then a Big4. She obtained her Federal Certificate in Finance and Accounting in March 2013. She then pursued her career in human resources with a trading company where she held a position as Payroll Specialist for 3 years. In her last experience, she also graduated as a Personnel Management Assistant to undertake a federal human resources patent. Elisaveta speaks French, English and Russian.

At the end of high school, Saman decided to change direction and begin a training in finance and accounting. He started an internship in a fiduciary of the place and trained by practicing. The accounting field is of great interest to him and he finally obtains his federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting in March 2015. His first experience as a 7-year trustee has taught him a lot. With a need for change and a great interest in new technologies, Saman joined the Synergix team on January 1, 2018. He speaks French, English and German.
After obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from the Management Institute of the University of Savoy, Gaby trained in a Geneva Fiduciary comany. He was responsible for accounting for overheads and for entering customer and supplier invoices. This first experience in accounting reinforces him in the idea of continuing in the field. He is subsequently hired as an accountant assistant in a construction company. After a successful experience of almost 3 years, Gaby joined Synergix in October 2016. He speaks French and English.
Samantha joined Synergix in early 2018 as an Accounting assistant. Her remit includes recording and journal entries of invoices, payments, reconciliation with a focus on ensuring accuracy.
Previously, Samantha spent 12 years with a leading global trading company as a credit controller.
She qualified with a Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commercial through Nicolas Bouvier in 2002.
Éva is passionate about marketing and communication with a special sensitivity for the digital world. Graduated in art, then in communication, she combines creativity and performance to be a multidimensional employee. After having worked in a public institution, for a guide of exits, then for a Geneva web agency, her career allows her to have a profile both technical and strategic (elaboration, implementation, execution and analysis). Éva joined Synergix to accompany it in its growth and to spread the innovative trusts of our fiduciary through the web.
